The right honourable Desmond Henry Browne, having been created Baron Browne of Ladyton, of Ladyton in Ayrshire and Arran, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Scotland of Asthal and Lord Foulkes of Cumnock, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
