Alexander John Trees, having been created Baron Trees, of The Ross in Perth and Kinross, was introduced between Lord Soulsby of Swaffham Prior and Lord Owen, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
