John Mann, Esquire, having been created Baron Mann, of Holbeck Moor in the City of Leeds, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Lord Clarke of Hampstead and Lord Sacks, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
