To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the total construction cost was of the three most recently completed (a) low, (b) medium and (c) high security mental health units in England and Wales, excluding the cost of the land purchased; how many beds were provided by each such unit; and on what date construction commenced in each case. (300799)

I have been asked to reply.
