To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prisoners under the age of 18 years are in HMP Gloucester; and what plans he has to transfer those individuals to specialist youth institutions.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what (a) maximum, (b) mean and (c) median amount of money is held in prisoners’ private cash accounts at each prison establishment; and if he will make a statement.
