Honours Lists

To ask the Prime Minister what the procedures are for preparing honours lists; whom he consults prior to advising Her Majesty the Queen on the honours list; what guidance is published about nominating a person to receive an honour; if he will place in the Library a copy of such guidance; and if he will make a statement.
