NHS Training Budgets

To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many health authorities are planning to reduce their spending on training over the next three years; and what (a) the percentage reduction planned and (b) the cash amount of such a reduction is in each case.

As budgets for 2007-08 and beyond have not yet been set, it is too early to say what the priorities of local delivery plans for 2007-08 onwards will be.
