To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what the recommendations of the coroner were following the inquest into the death of Marine David Ward on HMS Albion; and what his response was to each recommendation.

In order to provide a substantive answer to the question it is necessary for officials to recall the documentation from archives in order to review and examine the relevant details associated with the recommendations.
