Detection rates for each police force area in England and Wales are published intable 8.01 of Crime in England and Wales 2005/06. The relevant table can be accessed at www.homeoffice.gov.uk/rds/pdfs06/hosb1206chap8.xls. Statistics for Scotland and Northern Ireland are a matter for the respective Secretaries of State.
