To ask the Secretary of State for Health what measures she is taking to maximise the opportunities available to displaced and newly qualified NHS staff affected by the recent workforce changes.

The Department is working closely with NHS employers and has published guidance to support local national health service organisations to help them maximise employment opportunities and to ensure the health and social care services do not lose the skills of displaced staff or new graduates.
