Navy Vessels: State of Readiness

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence which (a) Royal Navy and (b) Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels are (i) being held in and (ii) under consideration for consignment to a reduced state of readiness; and what length of time would be required for the reactivation of each such ship to rejoin the fleet.
