To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will update the information provided in (a) Table 50 and (b) Table 51 of Report No. 1 (the Initial Report on the Standing Reference) of the Royal Commission on the Distribution of Income and Wealth for the years 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005.

Updating the tables from the 1975 Royal Commission on the Distribution of Income and Wealth would incur a disproportionate cost.
