To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how he expects the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007 to be implemented in Scotland; and if he will make a statement.

The Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007 extend to Scotland and I would expect them to be implemented in exactly the same way as in England and Wales.
