To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he has made of (a) the carbon footprint of his Department, (b) carbon dioxide emissions from his Department’s buildings and (c) carbon dioxide emissions from air travel by his Department’s (i) Ministers and (ii) officials for each year between 1999 and 2006.
