It is our intention to give local involvement networks a right of entry to health and social care facilities to enable them to carry out their activities. Clause 175 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill, which is currently before Parliament, sets out the duties services-providers will be under to allow entry by local involvement networks.
