Secure Children's Homes: Inspection

Whether, following the transfer of responsibility for inspections of secure children’s establishments to Ofsted under the Education and Inspections Act 2006, they will ensure that inspections continue to be led by persons with previous knowledge and experience of such establishments. [HL2858]
