Environment Agency: Prosecutions

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs how many registered companies were (a) successfully and (b) unsuccessfully prosecuted by the Environment Agency in each financial year since 1999; and what the average fine was in cases of successful prosecutions, broken down by (i) region and (ii) category of offence.
