To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he plans to introduce legislation to implement the Own Resources Decision of December 2005.

Legislation to implement the Own Resources Decision in respect of changes to the EC budget agreed at the December 2005 European Council will be introduced by means of a European Communities (Finance) Bill and will be brought forward as parliamentary time allows.
