To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether Illarian Stepanovich Borodine remains in the UK following the refusal on 24 January 2002 of his application for asylum; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what non-financial support is provided to failed asylum seekers.

In addition, grant funded voluntary sector agencies provide advice and assistance to asylum seekers and to those who have exhausted appeal rights. The International Organization for Migration provides advice and assistance under the Voluntary Assisted Returns and Reintegration Programme.
