Tolls: Business

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what steps he plans to take to offer redress to businesses within the catchment areas of local authority pricing schemes who are able to demonstrate a loss of profit arising from the implementation of a scheme.

It is for local authorities to assess the impacts of their proposed schemes and consider what mitigation might be necessary or appropriate.
