Railways: Grayrigg

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the progress of the inquiry into the derailment at Grayrigg on 23 February 2007.

The investigation by the Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) is continuing. RAIB currently plans to issue a second interim report later in the summer.
