Apprenticeships Mr. Willetts To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what the success rates are for the complete framework of (a) further education, (b) adult and community learning, (c) school sixth forms and (d) work-based learning for (i) post-16, (ii) 16 to 18 and (ii) over 18-year-olds for Levels 1 to 3 qualifications for each year between 2000 and 2006.
