Efficiency:

To achieve a 2.5 per cent. reduction in the unit costs of output.

Quality:

Customer satisfaction index score of 8.25 (out of 10)

96 per cent. scores of six or more

A 10 per cent. increase on the 2006-07 audited response rate.
