To ask the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on the (a) content and (b) application of the rules in the Ministerial Code of Conduct relating to the requirement for (i) Ministers and (ii) parliamentary private secretaries to notify hon. Members when visiting their constituencies to take part in party political activities.
