Departmental Flexible Working

To ask the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills how many staff (a) have applied to work flexible hours and (b) work flexible hours (i) in the Department and (ii) the executive agencies for which the Department is responsible.

All staff in my Department can work flexibly. The information is not held centrally in the form requested and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.

The Department has no responsibility for the work arrangements of staff at executive agencies.
