Trade Unions: EC Grants and Loans

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what trade union programmes are currently funded under EU budget line (a) 04 03 03 01 and (b) 04 03 03 03 that pertain to training in (i) arbitration, (ii) industrial action, (iii) employment rights and (iv) work as a shop steward.
