To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government pursuant to the answer of 20 November 2007, Official Report, column 783, on local authorities: finance, what proportion of total annual expenditure of the seven Gloucestershire local authorities the cost of administrative overheads was in the last year for which figures are available.
