Revenue and Customs: Disclosure of Information

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer for what reason HM Revenue and Customs has failed to respond to requests for information from the Information Commissioner’s Office in relation to case ref. number FS50164499 on behalf of the hon. Member for Yeovil; and if he will make a statement.
