To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs if he will make a statement on the outcome of the review of the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund.

The 2007 comprehensive spending review confirmed the continuation of the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund over the three financial years from 1 April 2008. DEFRA issued a consultation on the future priorities for, and delivery of, the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund on 30 January.
