Fireworks: Noise

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform how many complaints about firework noise have been received by his Department; and what statistics his Department has collected on complaints regarding firework noise received by other public bodies in each month from 1 January 2003 to 31st December 2007.
