Admiralty House Robert Neill To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) pursuant to the answers of (a) 17 December 2007, Official Report, column 1079W, on Admiralty House and (b) 13 December 2007, Official Report, column 826W, on Departmental records: Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, whether the services provided for the right hon. Member for Kingston upon Hull, East whilst the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office was an occupying Department included the supply of (i) linen and laundry services, (ii) internal plants, (iii) catering, (iv) telephones, (v) cable or satellite TV and (vi) internet access; (2) whether the Cabinet Office facilities management contract includes cleaning inside official ministerial residences. Mr. Watson No linen and laundry services, internal plants or cable or satellite services are provided for residents of Admiralty House. Telephone lines are provided which also support internet access. Catering services are available through the Cabinet Office’s facilities management contract on a recharge basis. Internal cleaning of the ministerial residences is not included in the fixed-fee element of the facilities management contract.
