Overseas Aid: HIV Infection

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what estimate he has made of the funding required to ensure universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support services by 2010; and how much of this he estimates is required to be met by (a) G8 members and (b) the UK.
