To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform if his Department will (a) follow the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA) guidelines and (b) display ICRA’s label on the websites for which it is responsible.

Content on the core Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform website does meet the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA) guidelines. The current review of BERR’s website will determine whether it is possible to display ICRA’s label in future.
