To ask the Secretary of State for Health how much (a) resource and (b) capital underspend incurred by his Department in 2007-08 he expects to be carried forward.

The Department will as usual publish details of any 2007-08 underspend and carry forward in the 2007-08 Public Expenditure Outturn White Paper (due to be published in summer 2008).
