Departmental Data Protection

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government whether any officials in (a) her Department and (b) its agencies were disciplined or dismissed for (i) alleged breaches of data protection requirements and (ii) inappropriate use of personal or sensitive data in each of the last three years for which figures are available.

No such breaches, or instances of inappropriate use of personal or sensitive data, have been identified in either the central Department or its Agencies during the past three years.
