Sentencing Lynne Featherstone To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many people aged (a) under 10, (b) 10 to 17, (c) 18 to 20 and (d) 21 and over were sentenced to immediate custody for (i) violent and (ii) non-violent crimes in each of the last five years.
