To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what discussions she had with her counterparts in the Welsh Assembly Government on initiatives announced in the White Paper, ‘Communities in control’, Cm 7427, prior to its finalisation for publication.

Chapter 1 of ‘Communities in control: real people, real power’ explains that the policies in the White Paper largely cover England only (paragraph 1.57). We will engage with all devolved administrations on implementation, issue by issue.
