To ask the hon. Member for Gosport, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission pursuant to the answer to the right hon. Member for Horsham (Mr. Maude) of 2 July 2008, Official Report, column 901W, on departmental buildings, whether the Electoral Commission's landlord is a public sector body.
