Home Information Packs

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government if she will suspend the requirement for a home information pack to be procured by those selling property in order to stimulate the housing market; and if she will make a statement.

There is no evidence to show that home information packs are contributing to the current problems with the housing market, and we have no plans to suspend them.
