Waste Disposal: Council Tax

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (1) whether domestic properties with a (a) Class M and (b) Class N council tax exemption will be liable to pay the new taxes for the collection of household rubbish;

(2) whether domestic properties with a Class V council tax exemption will be liable to pay the new taxes for the collection of household rubbish.
