To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what recent representations she has received from (a) developers, (b) local authorities and (c) the Environment Agency on the operation of Planning Policy Statement 25.

No recent representations from these parties about the operation of Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) have been received by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State.

The Government continue to work closely with local authorities, the Environment Agency and other stakeholders to ensure that the policy in PPS25 is properly implemented and delivered on the ground, including holding conferences, presentations and workshops aimed at a range of audiences.
