To ask the Secretary of State for Health with reference to the answer of 4 November 2008, Official Report, columns 371-76W, on cancer: drugs, what the eligible patient population for each treatment was in each (a) month and (b) year; and how many of the eligible patient population died in each (i) month and (ii) year.
