Crime: Assault Question Asked by Lord Monson To ask Her Majesty's Government on how many occasions in each of the past 10 years individuals convicted of crimes involving physical assault on another person resulting in injury have been ordered by courts to pay compensation to the victim amounting to (a) £100 or less; (b) £101 to £250; (c) £251 to £500; (d) £501 to £1,000; and (e) more than £1,000.
