Saving Gateway Accounts Bill

Today, in advance of the consideration of clauses of the Saving Gateway Accounts Bill by the Public Bill Committee, I am publishing draft Saving Gateway Accounts Regulations. These draft regulations have been published for the information of Members, and remain subject to discussion and consideration.

These draft regulations incorporate the draft regulations in relation to eligibility for Saving Gateway accounts, which were published on 12 January.

Copies have been deposited in the Libraries of the House and will be available on the HM Treasury website.
