Waste Disposal: Fees and Charges

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs with reference to the answer of 14 January 2008, Official Report, column 870W, on waste disposal: domestic waste, whether a decision has been made on which body will evaluate pilot schemes for household waste incentive schemes.

Figures collected from local authorities on fixed penalty notices (FPNs) issued for waste receptacle offences are not broken down by the age of the offender.
