To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will hold discussions with the US administration on the possible appointment of a US special representative for Kashmir.

We are not aware of any plans for the US to appoint a special representative for Kashmir. There are no plans to discuss the issue.
