To ask the Secretary of State for Health which independent sector treatment centres have contracts due for renewal in the next (a) six and (b) 12 months.

The following Independent Sector Treatment Centres have contracts currently due for expiry in the next six and 12 months:

Magnetic Resonance Imaging

12 months (to 31 March 2010):

East Cornwall;

East Lincolnshire;

North East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire;
