To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform if he will hold discussions with (a) his EU counterparts and (b) the European Commission on the implications for EU competition regulations of direct financial subsidies from the (i) French, (ii) German and (iii) Italian governments to their car manufacturers.
