To ask Her Majesty's Government further to the Written Answer by Lord Adonis on 1 April (WA 239), whether they have received representations from enquirers about the Rochester Bridge Trust; and, if so, whether they will publish the related documents. [HL3179]

Two Members of Parliament have written to the Department for Transport in connection with the agreement reached between Rochester Bridge Trust and Medway Council regarding the sale of the Medway Tunnel. I have placed copies of that correspondence in the Libraries of the House.
