Young Offenders: Crime Prevention Mr. Grieve To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how much the Youth Justice Board allocated to preventive programmes in each year since 1999. The figures do not include funding for the Youth Justice Board programmes for reducing reoffending such as the Intensive Supervision and Surveillance programme and Intensive Fostering.
